The whirlwind is over, phew! The baby blessing went very well, and we were impressed by the number of people that showed up. Wow, we feel loved! Marquis gave a beautiful blessing, and Sweetheart looked so pretty in her blessing dress, made for her by Grammy who is in Armenia on a mission (with Poppa, of course). She was so good during the blessing, just sat there awake, peaceful and quiet. She is a very easy, happy baby, we are so blessed! She slept through being passed around and loved on after the blessing was over, and even through some family pictures that were taken. CG was able to fly in for the day, and that helped make the event even more special. She is such a good big sister, and it's obvious how much they love each other already!
Christmas also went very well for us. We did most of our celebrating on December 22nd when CG was here. We really had a good time, and we had to send CG back with an extra box along with the empty suitcase she brought, both full of presents, just because she is so spoiled. We spent Christmas Eve/Christmas Day at East Canyon with Marquis's siblings, and Santa was able to find us there for Sweetheart's first Christmas.
