The post to gross out Marquis

Let's talk about snot. It's a fact of life that kids are full of it, and it often comes out in yucky ways. The obsessive-compulsive germaphobe in Marquis is absolutely disgusted by this, and quite often I am handed Sweetheart because she has a "nose situation" that needs to be remedied.

However, the juvenile, nongermaphobe in me thinks this is hilarious, along with the following pictures. If you have any aversion to snot, don't finish reading this post.

Somewhere along the line we bought an electronic nasal aspirator. I LOVE THIS THING! I can't recommend it enough for anyone with a kid that can't yet blow their own nose. It plays music to distract the kids, and it doesn't take them long to realize that it's not that bad and it helps them breathe. And then you catch them doing this:


When it's not laying around, you might just catch them like this instead:
