A Yoga Lesson - by Sweetheart

For over a year I have been gathering pictures for this very post, so some of these pics are very old. Sorry! Get your sticky mats out, Sweetheart is going to take us through a yoga sequence.

First, let's start off with some meditation in a seated half lotus pose. Make sure to relax your eyes and mouth.

After your meditation is complete, let's do some cow stretches.

Come up to mountain pose for a few more moments of meditation.

To build arm strength, come down to plank pose. (This is the oldest picture, check out that bald spot!)

Then lift that proud, shameless booty and stretch back to downward-facing dog.

Take your hips to your heels and relax your head for child's pose.

Let's finish up with final relaxation in corpse pose.


Stay here for at least ten minutes, or until your temper tantrum is over.
