Thanksgiving Point

This was the best $2 I ever spent. Thanksgiving Point was doing $2 Tuesdays in August, so I went with a group of friends to the farm area. (Actually Sweetheart was free, so I just had to pay $2 for me. Hooray!) I forgot my camera again, so the one picture that is decent quality is courtesy of my friend Wendy. Thanks Wendy! I promise, I'll get better about bringing my camera!

Look at this little baby horse! It was so cute, and Sweetheart wasn't scared at all, just walked right up and started petting it.



This goat loved her, followed her along the whole length of the fence.


She also was able to ride on a pony for the first time. When I first put her on it she thought that was great. Until the horse started to move, that is. Then she wanted off really quickly. As she got used to it (and I reminded her that CG rides horses all the time) she relaxed and had a great time. I think we will have to go back soon, she had such a great day!
