Our fun adventure in the emergency room apparently got a little bit of attention, and that eventually led to a referral to an allergist. For those that aren't familiar with what that means, they mark little dots on the person's back, and then poke a little hole by that dot with a needle that has stuff on it that someone could be allergic to. This is very uncomfortable and traumatic, especially if you are only two and don't understand what is going on, or why the nice nurse is suddenly hurting you. Poor kid! Anyway, if you are allergic to that thing, you will get a raised bump in that area. These are cell phone pics again, didn't think to take my camera to the allergist, but see that huge bump on the left?

That's the peanut spot. They were pretty impressed by the size of her peanut spot, and actually wiped it off after only five minutes. The one just below it and a little to the left I think is the tree nut one, and then on the right side at the top are the egg whites and egg yolks. So we were basically told what we already knew, but it was really nice to have a confirmation! It's also really nice to know that a sucker can cure almost anything, right Sweetheart?

What a good kid!

Poor baby! Thanks for posting pics. I think we may need to make an appointment soon. It's interesting to see what they do.
Owie owie!! When I took Ethan, we were only testing for a few specific things, so he had just a few pricks on his arm. A whole back full is pitiful :(.
