CG flew in early on a Friday morning, a week and a day before Christmas. As usual, Sweetheart decided they were best friends right away and started right in on following her around. Princess got a little bit of time with her, too, and I was able to get this picture of the three of our beautiful girls hanging out together.
We put of most of our Christmas decorations around the beginning of December, but we waited for CG to get here to put up the tree. It's nice to have a tall sister to help you reach the high branches! (CG is taller than me now!)
This was really the first year that Sweetheart started to get it, and she was so fun to watch. She loved the decorations and the lights and helping me wrap presents, although it was hard to convince her at first that we don't just open them up again right after we wrap them.
So, CG was here, the tree was up, presents were being wrapped, we were almost ready for the main event! We had a very family-filled Christmas this year, lots more to come!
