I have so many pictures I need to catch up on, this has been a crazy busy summer! These pictures are back from the middle of August when CG was still here. Really the middle of August was just a couple of weeks ago, but we miss CG and there has been so much busyness that it just feels like it's been forever!
Anyway, enough blabbing, on to the fun! I had the chance to meet a bunch of friends at the Clark Planetarium in downtown Salt Lake. There is tons of free, fun stuff to look at down there, what a fun day!
CG brought along her UT BFF so that it wouldn't just be her hanging around with a bunch of moms with their young kids. This also turned out great because I had a surprise conference call that I ended up taking right there in the planetarium while the two big girls herded the little girls and kept them from climbing the displays.
Princess was pondering the state of the world today. Or actually, she was pondering how exactly to get in there and play with that thing, despite those big yellow signs asking you to please not touch it. Although since she can't read yet, I have to forgive her for climbing in there with it two seconds after this picture was taken.
And then she took a walk on Mars.
Sweetheart did a little moonwalk at the same time.
Really close to the planetarium is the Gateway Fountain, so we stopped by there for a picnic on the stairs and then we let the kids run through the water for awhile.
What a fun day!
