Every chef needs a good sous chef,
one who has an eye for detail,
who takes orders on command,
who has some real cooking know-how and experience,
and who understands the importance of sanitation in the kitchen.
But hey, if you are lacking all of the above, providing enthusiasm and comedic relief can still help you get the job. And if you look adorable in a "hat," well, that doesn't hurt either.
