Sad news and good news

I still have more pics from CG's time here but I am going to take a break from them to share some sad news and some good news. First, the sad news is that CG has gone back to California. We had so much fun while she was here, though! The house feels very empty now that she is gone, and it is so hard to hear Sweetheart ask for her sister knowing that it could be a couple of months before they see each other again. Someone in California needs to realize soon just how fantastic my husband is and hire him because I feel so bad for both girls that they are missing out on each other!

For the good news, my dear friend Amy is a photographer, and while CG was here I asked her to take our family pictures. One thing led to another and soon she was also taking pictures of my extended family along with pictures of each of my brother's and sister's little families. I just got the pictures yesterday and I love, LOVE, love them!!!! I have WAY too many favorites to put them all in one post, so you may see a few posts over the next little while that all have the family pictures in them. If anyone is as impressed as me at Amy's awesomeness and wants her to take their pictures too, let me know and I'll get you her contact info.

This one makes me laugh. And my hair looks awesome!

CG is the perfect California girl, tall, tan, blond, and beautiful!
