Never Enough

CG went back to California this past Sunday after a wonderful week. There is never enough time to spend with her. The time that we do have we also have to cram in some work and the normal cleaning and cooking and all that normal stuff, so I worry that sometimes she gets bored just hanging around while we do our things. But she is a good sport and tells us that she doesn't mind.

There is never enough of the sisters being together. From the moment they see CG there is pretty much nonstop hugging, wrestling, teasing harassing, etc. that goes on until she leaves. I think that is what makes me the most sad, how much sister time they have to miss out on. I am so grateful that despite that they are still so close and have such a great time together, there is obviously a lot of love!

There are never enough pictures. Our favorites times are spent just hanging out at home, eating good food and spending time together. It seems so ordinary, though, that we don't pull out the camera often enough. And when I do remember to pull it out, people start dodging the camera, looking away, or giving me dirty looks. But I'm grateful for the pics we do get.
