A Perfect Easter

Marquis and I aren't big on holidays. We don't really do presents, and we are absolutely terrible about remembering birthdays. The Easter Bunny waited until the very last minute to prepare this year, but thankfully the girls seemed really pleased with their stuff anyway!

Princess is a little sugar junkie and she immediately went for the candy.

Sweetheart was super excited about the rest of her stuff. What she doesn't realize is that the Easter Bunny knew I'd be putting the two of them to work with those new yard tools, mwuhahaha!

Later that day my family came over for an Easter egg hunt. My mom had picked up some cheap hula hoops from the dollar store, which turned out to be the best idea ever! People of all ages played with those hula hoops forever!

Sweetheart decided that she liked all the eggs "except I just don't like the blue ones!" Princess thought that was great, more for her!

It was a perfect, fun Easter day!
