Curly

One night after bath my girls discovered our old foam curlers and begged and pleaded to wear them to bed. They both have stick straight hair and we only have eight very large curlers, so I knew it wouldn't actually work to make their hair curly. But that's not the point of curlers, right?

The real point of curlers is that they are super fun to put in, and oh so adorable on their little noggins! 

Princess had hers pulled out before she even went to sleep, but Sweetheart fell right to sleep with hers in and I thought she would make it until morning still wearing them. Then, around 5:00 a.m. we heard her moving around and talking quite a bit. We told her to go back to sleep, and she did.

The next morning someone else was wearing the curlers, and my girl's hair was still stick straight, with a little bedhead thrown in for good measure. I think I know what she was doing at 5:00 that morning!
