Just like July seemed to be the month of never-ending adventures, August decided to be full of so much excitement that we could have called almost any weekend our Grand Adventure for the month.
Awesome August started off with fun right on the very first day. CG flew in on July 31, and lucky for us, several cousins also arrived right about the same time. We packed up August 1st and headed to a pond nearby to take turns dunking all the kids.
Marquis had a great time showing all the nephews how it is done. This pond has a couple of rope swings that are a lot of fun, I wish I had gotten video of Marquis going off of it, but somehow I missed it!
He also spent some time playing with the littles in the water, which they loved!
A day at the pond was just what we needed, thanks for the fun, guys!
