Daddy Daughter Dates

In October, Marquis took each of the girls on a Daddy Daughter Date. I love that he did this, it made them feel so special! 

Sweetheart was first, and her daddy took her to visit a nearby art museum.

She looks so grown up in this next one, I can't believe my teeny miracle baby is so big and beautiful!

She thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the pictures, and then they were able to enjoy some lunch at a nearby restaurant, which she just loved! 

The next weekend was Princess's turn. She emphatically told her daddy she wanted to go "to a restaurant and then the park!" and so that's exactly what they did, in that order. 

She never gets food like this at home, so she really took advantage! 

And then Marquis introduced this sugar-loving girl to beignets, and suddenly it was the most perfect day in the world. 

Then they left the restaurant and headed for the park. All the rest of these pictures are from that fun adventure.

What? No pictures you say? Yep, it's true. That's because on the way from the restaurant to the park, Princess apparently had had too much fun and completely crashed out in the car. It wasn't too far off from being dark and pretty close to bedtime, so Marquis brought her home with a promise that they would visit the park another day. 

Both girls loved their special time with Dad. I see a lot more dates in the future!
