I have many new readers, so for those who don't know, CG is my stepdaughter who lives in California with her mom, and who we only get to see a few of times a year. Thankfully this is her spring break and she is here! Yesterday at lunch I made grilled cheese for all three of our girls. It was so simple, and those grilled cheese sandwiches certainly didn't cost a lot of money. And yet, these are the moments that I love, the moments that make the rest of life all worth it. It has been so wonderful to watch the three of them interact, to just play and spend time together, even if it's not doing anything besides snuggling on the couch. I truly think that this is the important stuff, and I'm so grateful for every minute of it that we can get!
