Don't You Just Love Free? More Free Coconut Oil Today!

I'm so excited, Tropical Traditions is giving me more coconut oil to give away, and this time a whole gallon!

I've told you before how much I love this stuff. I talk about coconut oil all the time, and love to tell everyone I meet to pick some up. Here are just a few things I use coconut oil for:

  • I throw a dollop in my green smoothies every morning for breakfast, it gives it a hint of a yummy, tropical taste.
  • I saute veggies in it. Yes, this does had a bit of coconut flavor, but its surprisingly good!
  • I love to make popcorn with it. I tell everyone about this. I put a bit of coconut oil in the bottom of our wok, about 1-2 tablespoons, and then thrown in my popcorn once this has melted down. Yum!
  • I use it as a moisturizer. I've been known to slather it all over my feet and then put on socks for a little while. When I take the socks off I have super soft feet.
  • I have used it to shave my legs. This is amazing! It is like shaving and moisturizing in one step, fantastic!
And that is just a small list of what you can do with coconut oil, there are so many more things! I also strongly recommend you do some research about the health benefits of coconut oil.

Here's a bunch of info from Tropical Traditions, read through it and then enter to win in the Rafflecopter below:

Tropical Traditions is America's source for coconut oil. Their Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil is hand crafted in small batches by family producers, and it is the highest quality coconut oil they offer. You can read more about how virgin coconut oil is different from other coconut oils on their website: What is Virgin Coconut Oil?
Tropical Traditions also carries other varieties of affordable high quality coconut oil. Visit their website to check on current sales, to learn about the many uses of coconut oil, and to read about all the advantages of buying coconut oil online. Since the FDA does not want us to discuss the health benefits of coconut oil on a page where it is being sold or given away, here is the best website to read about the health benefits of coconut oil.

Coconut oil is so great for so many things! One thing I love is making dark chocolate truffles with it made from coconut oil, dried unsweetened coconut, pure maple syrup, cocoa powder and mint! So yummy!
